The two children of late comedian Richard Pryor are fighting to get the guardian of their father's trust fired, after he allegedly failed to reveal their father left them a trust fund.
Steven and Kelsey Pryor have accused Robert Philpot of hiding the information about the trust that was created by Pryor in 1988. Philpot, who's watched over Pryor's trust since the legendary comedian's death in 2005, is now in danger of being booted from his trust job.
The Pryor kids believe Philpot, possibly "wrongfully took, concealed, or disposed of [the] assets." They've filed suit in the L.A. County Superior Court on Tuesday, in hopes of retrieving any assets. -Linda Hobbs
